No matter who you are, you are connected to a "family". The familial connection can simply be the result of being born. The family connection may be created resulting from marriage, divorced, blended/step families or cohabitation partnerships. and just as important, the construct of your work/professional environments should be family oriented.
So, why are you who you are? It is relatively simple. We are the result of the diversity in our lives and where we have been, where we are in self, and where we plan to go (I will expand on that another time). For now, we must understand that DIVERSE "Family Matters" in all facets of life and how we respond to our diverse familial related environments can negatively or positively influence our day.
